Theme: A return to inner kindness. Reclaiming space, softening rejection.

Body Zones: Chest, throat, neck, eyes

60-Minute Class Structure:

  • Arrival (5 min) – Seated stillness with affirming breath: “I am not my mistakes.”
  • Warm-up (10 min) – Neck release, soft gaze, crossing arms in hug
  • Core Movement (25 min) – Reaching arms slowly with breath, touch-based grounding
  • Inner Voice Work (10 min) – Whispered affirmations with movement
  • Integration (5 min) – Self-contact with mantra: “There is nothing wrong with me.”
  • Closing (5 min) – Imagined mirror gaze: “You are welcome.”

Somatic Cues + ACT Integration:

  • “You can make space for shame and still move with dignity.”
  • “Shame dissolves when we meet it with kindness, not exile.”
  • “You are more than the story your shame tells.”
