a note from me

Hi, I’m Anca.

I’m a psychotherapist, a mother, and a yoga teacher. I’ve lived through grief, change, healing — and slowly finding my way back to myself.

If you’re feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, or just a bit lost, I’m here to help you make sense of things. I use a mix of science and softness — blending CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, and body-based work to gently bring you back into connection with yourself.

I don’t believe healing happens by force. It happens when we’re met with kindness, presence, and curiosity — especially in the places we’ve had to hide. Over the years, I’ve learned how trauma lives in the body, how emotions can get stuck, and how even small movements or moments of awareness can start to bring relief.

Together, we can sit with what hurts, shift old patterns, and — when you’re ready — find a way forward that feels real and steady.
