- Trauma-informed movement: choice, permission, slowness, and safety
- Breath + micro-movement: pay attention to subtle changes in your body
- and Yoga (so many benefits, research backed. it works!)
Each class includes:
- Arrival + permission (We start with safety, breath, choice)
- Gentle movement flow (No asanas, alignment, correction — only intuitive, supported motion)
- ACT-based reflection cues (Feelings are named, welcomed, and observed)
- Closing ritual (The body is thanked, and the loop of pain is softened)
